Shipping

There is a flat rate of $8.00 for standard shipping across Australia. Please allow 2-3 days after placing an order from Art By Yas for your order to be shipped. From the shipping date, your purchase is estimated to arrive within approximately 1-5 business days. 

Art By Yas will provide you with the tracking number linked to your order/parcel.

All Art By Yas shipments are made through Australia Post.

Art By Yas is not liable for any events that occur after the item has been shipped. Any redirection fee is at the customer's expense.

 

 

Returns

Each Art By Yas product is either handmade, designed or decorated by an artist with great care and passion for the craft at hand.

Art By Yas art print products are reproductions of original art pieces and therefore differ from the original artwork and may vary between individual prints. Each art print design is created from high definition photographs or scans of an original art piece and the appearance of small imperfections such as variation in colour, tone or texture and it can be assumed that any imperfection is deemed as acceptable by Art By Yas if the product has been made available for purchase.  

Customers will find that products in the Art By Yas online store contains a range of images showcasing the product and may include the digital art design and/or photographs of the print in varied settings or lighting (indoor, outdoor, sunny etc.).

Therefore, returns for change of mind or returns, refunds or swaps for any item that is sold with imperfections will not be accepted.

In the event that your product is damaged, please email someartbyyas@gmail.com in order for Art By Yas to review the claim. In the email the customer must provide clear photographs of the damaged item, a description of the damage and when the damage occured/was found. After review of the circumstance, a credit or swap of an item of the same value may be arranged.

Packaging

Art By Yas endeavors to take time to ensure each order is carefully packaged to protect all items and will provide parcel tracking for each customer order.  

 

 

​Art By Yas aims to work with an eco-conscious appraoch in all areas of business and utilises packaging that minimises the impact on the environment when appropriate. 
To prevent scratching and moisture damaging art prints, cards and stickers during shipment, Art By Yas uses plastic pockets (or resealable biodegradable bags) that can be washed, re-used or recycled in your soft plastics recycling. The cardboard rigid mailers keep the print flat and can be recycled.
